To all the Dennis Township residents with concerns of MUA build-out followed by high density, low-income housing in your community of South Seaville: Take note that all municipalities must file a fair share housing plan, along with obligations to meet it by July 1. This should be an open public record document that will reveal what is projected, and remember, our politicians here will do anything and everything to keep this a hushed-up matter to not alienate their voter base and avoid unsavory, public discourse.
