I do not think many know that the USA ranks last in the world for paid vacations. Other countries require companies to give employees a paid vacation. No wonder we are not ranked as one of the happiest countries in the world. People need time to be with their families, and for many, it sure would help if they could take a vacation day instead of no pay.
