At least two of the New Jersey Supreme Court judges who voted in favor of the Christie administration on the pension case are not tenured, and up for reappointment after Christie leaves office in two years. If Steve Sweeney is then governor, as most expect, what are their chances to get final tenure? What will the unions, which Sweeney represents, say about those justices?
