It's turtle crossing season again, and just a request for drivers to please keep your eyes on the roads through the wetlands. It's easy to get distracted by the beautiful scenery, but doing so makes it very easy to miss these little reptiles, confirmed by the numerous squashed ones I've seen in the past week. Following too closely also doesn't allow for maneuvering, so let's all be more aware in the coming weeks.
