Many are looking forward to the completion of the Townsend's Inlet Bridge work. Would it be possible to leave the drawbridge span down on the weekends for motorists, cyclists, pedestrians and jitneys? The majority of the boats can pass underneath. It's a shame to inconvenience thousands of people in the prime Summer market for a few tall boats that can use the other inlets. The more people who can access the islands, the more businesses and boats will prosper.
