Has anyone noticed all the debris on the Stone Harbor beach recently? There seems to be an excessive amount of garbage finding its way onto the beach and it is getting troubling. It almost seems like people are leaving their homes to dump their garbage cans on the beach. Don't we pay taxes so this will be cleaned?
