It brought me great joy to sit and look out my window at the Delaware Bay and see all the fishermen in their small boats fishing, especially on weekends. The kayak fishermen would also fish close to shore in the same areas. Then, it happened again this year. About a quarter to a half mile offshore, the commercial fishing boats with their sweeping nets appeared numerous times and, as usual, the fish have disappeared, leaving nothing for the locals when they're off work and the sports fishermen. How sad!
