To the Wildwood Crest spouter suggesting that Wildwood should get landlords to work together to prevent them from renting to partying teenagers: You clearly have not done your research. The commissioners have required that landlords cannot receive a mercantile license to rent if there are repeated problems with the property; too many cop calls or arrests at an address (for partying, for disturbances, for drug overdoses, etc.) will result in denial of mercantile license. They've also increased staffing levels at the police department and changed the shifts to maximize police presence.
