To the water tower restroom spouter: You're absolutely right! Those restrooms are disgusting. The mayor and council spend millions every year on projects that are worthless. How about $200,000 for the new parking lot on 94th Street that wasn't even needed, let alone the land is worth $3,000,000, but for the last 20 years they won't spend a dime on upgrading the restrooms in town. People think this town is crazy letting it go like that.
