When you look at shore/beach areas in New Jersey, all in all, Lower Township offers a good value and great potential in terms of real estate taxes and property values. Someone willing to put in some "sweat equity" can have a gem. However, I really have to question the integrity of the prosecutor's office and or law enforcement. While there are arrests made, it seems clear the problem properties with high drug traffic are allowed to continue without any consequence. Those who frequent the properties often get arrested off-site, but nothing happens to the source.
