On May 24 in the parking lot of St. John Neumann church in Town Bank, cars were parked on the right side of the road leading to the entrance to Haven House. Church was letting out and it took 25 minutes to get down the road to the senior housing due to empty parked cars on the right-hand side. What if one of the residents needed an ambulance or the fire department?
