To the Stone Harbor bike spouter: The Wildwoods are the same. My young son was nearly hit by a family on a large multi-seat bike riding on the sidewalk, and when I mentioned to them they are not supposed to be on the sidewalk, I was given the middle finger and some choice obscenities. People in the Wildwoods ride bikes wherever they want, weaving on and off the sidewalks, not obeying stop signs or lights, and the cops don't look twice.
