I think that since North Wildwood is a resort town whose population substantially increases beginning Memorial Day weekend, it should be common sense to begin Saturday trash collections on the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend. The city can just end the Saturday collections a couple of weeks earlier in September if the change would cause budget complications.
