Being a responsible dog owner, I understand and empathize with everyone who shares their concerns about those owners who do not clean up after their pets, especially at the bay in Lower Township. Additionally, the problem with dogs off leash who can be threatening to people, especially children. How about we get a few dog parks in the county? Certainly the amount of tax revenue can be put to use in that area as well.
