I've caught them in seine nets for years in the Cape May Harbor. I know some politicians and businesses who want to do dredging and want to claim winter flounder aren't around, but they are! Businesses and politicians must have hired scientists that were "on the take" to ensure they didn't find what they didn't want to find.
