If tailgaters and the apparent "abundance" of unleashed dogs is going to be the primary function of the police, when will they have time to deal with real problems, like responding to emergency calls and disputes? Clearly, tailgating is dangerous and illegal, but why is offense, which is nearly impossible to prove, the forefront of Wildwood Crest citizens' concerns?
