Wouldn't it be nice to have a Popeye's Restaurant where the Sonic was on Rt. 9 in Rio Grande? Also, the huge grocery store that has been vacant for years would make a good place for an Olive Garden and a Texas Roadhouse. What is the problem? Township tie-ups?
