Cape May Council denied a professional study done in regards to fire department staffing. They denied that study because they would wind up paying top dollar for a company to reiterate what the chief is telling them free! Navy seals are the highest trained elite force in the U.S. military. If you told them to risk their lives going to an unknown location to fight an unknown enemy at the drop of a hat at 3 a.m. they'd laugh in your face. Firefighters do that every time the tones go off.
