As if Sea Isle Blvd. isn't hard enough to travel on, there was a guy on his bicycle on the road April 29. Traffic had to stop and wait for no oncoming cars to get around him. Maybe we need to put up signs in both directions stating 'no bicycles or jogging allowed.' I can't believe that people are that trusting of drivers.
