A couple of weeks ago, I spouted, "No, we don't need a new police facility in Stone Harbor," which has gone on to become the highest (lowest) rated spout. Imagine that, the same people who are foolish enough to support the waste of money in SH would also have so much time on their hands to repeatedly log on to Spout Off to "vote" against a spout, something which does not even show in the print edition.
