The library is just an example of the ineptness of this council, especially Rich and Lane. Eight years of crying, threats, personal delays and overspending. Window cleaning, photos, sunspots and incompetence are just the tip of the iceberg. Terrible management and project skills are abundant. At council meetings, they talk to you like you're in the third grade. They are entitled, always right and if you don't agree, they ignore you. The voters are blind.
