Middle Township schools need to throw the Marzano Teacher Evaluation system in the trash where it belongs. It's total garbage. It's designed to be a weapon that administrators can use selectively against those they don't like or any higher-paid teacher so they can fire them. It's not a fair evaluation method, it's ridiculously complicated. Any teacher who is friends with an administrator is guaranteed a good evaluation. If you're not, they're going to find something to criticize. Teachers can no longer just teach, they have to do a dog-and-pony show for administrators.
