To the spouter who says the police internal affairs mean nothing: That is your own opinion. Teach your children the proper manners while out in public, and they won't have contact with the police. This behavior of politeness begins at home. Start looking in the mirror. Start being a good parent and the police won't have to do your job. It's not the police officer's fault because your child has the police called on them.
