Can somebody explain to me that if the City of North Wildwood sold the 8th Street Field (Henfey Park) to Cape May County for $2.9 million, as noted in the deed settlement report, how come North Wildwood is paying for the $1 million in upgrades for a property that we don't even legally own?
Moderator's Note: According to North Wildwood Mayor Patrick Rosenello, "The agreement between the City of North Wildwood and the county was that the county would pay for the acquisition costs and the city would pay for the improvements."
