I waited through five complete signal cycles on Rt. 47 by ShopRite March 31. I was in line waiting for the left turn signal. This is not the first time in the last couple of years this turn arrow has failed. There has to be something wrong with that signal, and I have no idea whether it is a state or county problem, but sooner or later someone will be hurt, as they pull out of the turn lane into moving traffic to get where they are gong.
