President Obama and the Democrats are bragging so much about the unemployment rate dropping, yet the number of people on welfare is still over 46 million. That could mean one of three things; the people being hired are already well off, they're not making enough money to get off welfare, or they're hiring illegal aliens or foreign workers and not the Americans who they should be hiring.
