Arriving snowbirds who missed the spouts about the vicious dog attack on our bike path should be warned against allowing their dogs to walk without a leash, since many dog walkers now are carrying potent pepper spray, which is not toxic, but is painful to pets and humans. We have tried to have leash laws enforced, but we are only protecting our innocent pets.
