Cape May Court House

To the spouter defending beach replenishment: Would you spend your own money to pump sand on the beach knowing it will wash away? If not, why do you think taxpayers should have to? There will always be a beach, even without beach replenishment. Businesses and homes don't need to be so close to the water or beach. Beach replenishment just rewards people for building near the beach. Tourism is not dependent on beach replenishment. So what if the county lost population? It would be better for those not dependent on tourism. People can always move elsewhere for jobs.
