I appreciate Councilman Joe Rullo's efforts regarding getting a dog park up and running in North Wildwood. A local paper goes on and on about the merits of a dog park in a tourist industry, and the need to cater to the visitors who vacation with dogs. I only wish the elected, city officials would concern themselves more about what the visitors really want, and that would be a shower to rinse off on the beach where it meets the Boardwalk. The city can look at any beach in Monmouth or Ocean County to view a simple shower set up so beach visitors can rinse off when leaving the beach.
