The Polar Bear Plunge was successful, but I observed more than one inebriated person trying to walk around Saturday evening, Feb. 14. Does Sea Isle have an ordinance or law that says business owners should not over-serve patrons? If so, why isn't this enforced? It is very disheartening to see people who can barely walk and are stumbling to get across the street. Something is wrong with this picture for our town!
