Code enforcement, I hope you're fining the big businesses for their lack of snow removal from their sidewalks just as much as you're giving violations to the regular Joe's over petty trash violations. Amazing that they can have their parking lots plowed, but yet their sidewalks continue to be snow covered and a danger to pedestrians, but if someone's trashcan lid blows away through the night, you're quick to notice and write that up during your early morning drive by.
