I would like to suggest to the water utility that if there is a water main break, as happened in the Crest, with homeowners left with no running water and no idea of what happened, to follow the practice of towns, which notify residents of impending weather emergencies. An automated, simple phone call to homeowners about when water service will be restored would be much appreciated.
