Cape May Court House

Regardless of a child's behavior, I can tell you that a school is responsible for the physical presence of all students if a parent believes the student to be at school. The school, and the teacher involved, could face charges if a child is ordered out of the classroom and is without supervision. Just supposing the child goes to the office is insufficient and negligent behavior.
