Regarding the Dennisville spout about abused animals out in the cold, lack of animal control intervention, lack of extreme weather ordinance protections and failure to enact an animal welfare committee by Dennis Township officials: The spouter is correct that all of this is done in other towns and Dennis Township is behind the curve, as usual. Maybe calls to the SPCA will work better to help these abused animals.
