I see that Cape May County is going to raise our taxes again because the ratables are down. Maybe they're down because people are moving out in droves. They can't afford to live here anymore. How about cutting the budget when ratables go down? That's a novel idea. The township and the schools will probably raise their shares as well. It's the same nonsense year after year. Delaware is starting to look real good. They have beaches too, and much lower taxes.
