School administrators need to start backing their teachers. If a teacher sends a student out, it was for a reason. Don't ask the student what happened. Students lie! Start taking the word of the teachers. Stop making teachers call parents of misbehaving and disrespectful kids. That's the way they reduce the number of referrals. Teacher just stop writing referrals when they have to call the parents every time. School administrators are making huge salaries, so they should do their job, not pawn it off on teachers. Stop letting students off with light punishments.
