If the old school is strong enough to retrofit a new recreation center, then why did we just spend $11 million for a new City Hall? Why didn't they just spend the money to retrofit City Hall/PD/courts, etc. at the school? It can't be because it is overcrowded, when you have only two people in each classroom/office. Sooner or later someone is going to have to pay the piper.
