The Keystone Pipeline is not going to reduce our dependence on foreign oil unless we annex Canada. The purpose of the pipeline is to transport Canadian oil. By the way, virtually all jobs resulting from it will be the temporary jobs created by the actual construction of it, and the cleaning up of the spills, of course.
