I'm neither a cop or teacher, but wonder about all the need to evaluate teachers, without similar calls to rate police. With all the laws and ordinances in our various towns, which cops are enforcing which laws? It won't happen, because cops evaluate cops. How do taxpayers know what they are getting for their tax dollars?
