All NJ residents and every member of the NJ legislature should support S-648 and S-2548 which would prohibit beach towns from requiring beach tags if they accept beach replenishment. If some beach towns don't want to get rid of beach tags, fine. No more beach replenishment for them. Let their homes wash into the ocean. Beach towns make a fortune off of tourism due to taxpayer funded beach replenishment. S-648 and S-2548 will finally cut off beach replenishment funds for the wealthiest towns that refuse to give up beach tags.
