The PARCC spouters need to know that the schools get money for a 95 percent attendance for the test. The students do not have to take the test for the schools to get the money. All they have to do is show up for the test. Many parents are instructing their children not to take the test by sitting and staring instead. The schools can make the students show up for the test, they can't make them take it.
