I recently took an extended holiday trip traveling through several states on the interstate highway system. I found there is something the rest of the U.S. shares with our tri-state area; drivers who are too stupid or too ignorant to keep right except to pass. No wonder there are so many crashes. When the car behind you pulls up on your bumper, just move to the right lane. Stay in the right lane unless you are passing; it is not a hard concept.
