Regarding the Marina Bay Towers situation: This place has been a disgrace from day one. From the tiles falling off the front of the building, to the broken railings on the stairways, and the unfinished planters in front to the constant pile of broken glass where the trash dumpster sits. Add to that the vacant commercial first floor which appears to have become a warehouse for junk. This property is the biggest eyesore in N. Wildwood. No consideration should ever be given to converting the existing units to condos for sale.
