He never served as anything beyond patrol person; no administrative experience. He is now a full-time employee in Wildwood as some type of administrator hired by the city. You are correct, he lacks experience for the job he is assigned. Most interesting, he does not live in Wildwood, but gets a full-time salary and a car to take home. No wonder our property takes are so high!
