Cape May

It was obvious even before the Nov. 4 Cape May City Council elections that all three newly elected council members are opposed to pursuing further legal action to change the school funding method for LCMR. I hope the results of the Nov. 4 and Dec. 9 elections, where Cape May residents voted overwhelmingly in favor of changing the funding formula and/or leaving the district, was convincing enough evidence that the people of Cape May definitely want to pursue this issue. I urge each of the new council members to keep their campaign promises and do what the people want.
