Someone from Wildwood spouted, "If I have to put out my trash in cans with lids, so should they:" That sounds just a bit childish, doesn't it? Yes, everyone should follow the law, but it sounds like that one spouter got a ticket and now wants everyone else to share the pain. How about just following the law yourself and minding your own business about other people's trash, unless it causes you harm or inconvenience.
