Sea Isle City

Police officers are always present on the Parkway project. However, none can be seen on the Sea Isle Blvd. project. A dangerous, undivided highway is now crammed in between concrete barriers and large telephone poles, with no shoulders on either side. How can it be that a divided highway requires a number of police officers to be present, but a heavily traveled, narrow road with barely enough room for the traffic doesn't require any?
