People have too much freedom when it comes to using their food stamps. Working at a school, I see how many children come to school hungry. The parents I see are always dressed nice with their nails done. Could this be due to them selling their food stamps for their wants instead of their children's needs? One way to stop this is by opening goverment stores where they have to use their free stamps to purchase food and only food; no lobster and steaks like I see in some shopping carts.
