CNN reports that an eight person UN delegation will be arriving in Ferguson, Mo., to investigate a possible human rights violation in the death of Michael Brown, and to bring possible excessive force charges to the General Assembly. Except for brutal dictatorships in Africa and Serbia, it is unprecedented for this to happen in a developed country like ours.
