I can't comprehend the celebration of some here following the Nov. 4 election. The local question to borrow and spend taxpayer money passed. Then some of the poll workers went through town tooting their horns. It was a signal, like Paul Revere announcing "the British are coming." The only difference is we didn't run to get ready for battle over tea tax. Instead, we will be running to the bank to get more money to pay more taxes for our commissioners to spend. Let's see who toots their horns over the big tax increase!
